What We Do

Swanson, Thomas & Coon represent people in litigation against insurance companies, corporations and the government. We bring legal action against the makers of unsafe products to get our injured clients compensation and to encourage manufacturers to make their products safer. We pursue the claims of injured workers to be sure just compensation is paid and to encourage employers to work safely and insurers to process claims properly. We handle Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims and Veterans' Disability Claims, both to get our clients their benefits and to improve the law under which disabled workers' and veterans' claims are decided. We believe that the aggressive and intelligent pursuit of individual rights is the best way to achieve positive social change.
