Personal Injury Support Staff
A successful result in a personal injury claim or lawsuit requires attention to detail and advocacy from the very beginning and at every step through its conclusion. Our Personal Injury Team -- attorneys, legal assistants and case management assistants -- works together to handle every aspect of your claim , from obtaining PIP medical or wage loss benefits, to collecting medical records, bills and reports for comprehensive case evaluations, to working with experts on liability and damages issues.
Our legal assistants, working under the direction of our trial attorneys, carry out the day-to-day work of ensuring that every aspect of your claim is handled in a timely and thorough way. Our team approach ensures that your case is consistently well-attended to and you are kept informed. The team stays in close communication with you as well as responding effectively to insurance companies and attorneys on the other side of your claim or case.
Our legal assistants and case assistants are profiled below.

Hannah Gregg
Hannah recently moved back to her hometown after graduating from Loyola University Chicago, swayed by years of hearing every other person in Chicago ask why she would ever move away from the utopia that is Portland, OR. She joined Swanson, Thomas & Coon in 2010, and recently joined the Personal Injury team where she assists in developing all aspects of cases and clients' files. She is a bike commuter; she knows firsthand what it is like to be injured at the hands of a bad driver. As an avid lover of music and photography, outside of the office Hannah helps run a music media website.
