About The FirmJacqueline M. Jacobson was born in Ottawa, Ontario in 1975. She attended Reed College, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1996. While attending law school at Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, Jackie worked as an editor for the Journal of Small and Emerging Business Law. Jackie has focused her law practice on Oregon workers' compensation law since 2001, and has represented both claimants and insurers. She also served as a staff attorney for the Oregon Workers' Compensation Board. Jackie represents injured workers in a wide variety of injury and occupational disease claims including toxic exposure, hearing loss, orthopaedic injuries and conditions, mental stress, and other complex medical issues. She is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, and a member of the Oregon Women Lawyers, and Oregon Trial Lawyers Associations.
